Free gives each goal one schedule. Kivvo+ lets you combine a weekly base with one-off top-ups and different rhythms for each goal—for example, $50 each week, $200 on payday, and a $100 month-end top-up toward the same goal.

Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through the app or Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of your paid period.
What happens if I cancel mid-period?
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The unused portion is not refunded, except where required by law.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can change your plan through the Stripe customer portal. If you switch from monthly to annual, Stripe will show any applicable billing adjustment before you confirm.
Do I need bank payments for Kivvo+?
No. Stripe BECS Direct Debit and Kivvo+ are separate. You can use either without the other.
Is cashback live?
Cashback is in beta and is not yet available to all users. Payout amounts, timing, and eligibility may change before public release.
What is cashback based on?

Can I get a refund?

Can I upgrade from Free later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you are ready. Your goals, contributions, and history stay with your account.
Is Kivvo+ worth it if I only have one goal?
Kivvo+ includes more than goal capacity. Compare the available planning tools and support with the subscription price before choosing.
What if I am under 18?
You must be 18 or older to subscribe. If you are 13–17, a parent or guardian must subscribe on your behalf.
Do I have to pay by card?
Stripe handles payment and accepts major cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available at checkout.
What happens to cashback if I cancel?
Cashback is in beta. Any applicable terms, including eligibility, may change before public release.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial currently. Any future trial terms will be shown clearly before signup.
